It's weird, the things and places that I see this font so over used is the places that seem to want our trust the most. This small music store, with 150 or so CD's spread thinly over narrow shelves, is wanting to create this relationship of TRUST with it's use of the Papyrus font.
As if to say, "We have been around so long that our name is worn. We couldn't have been around this long with our name worn like that if we didn't keep having such great deals and wonderful customers like your self." But the issue is, that they never have any of the discs that you really want.
Trust is not transitive.
Worn fonts are made to look that way.
Plus, it's easier to just download something from iTunes.
